They are so thoughtful and nice. Quite fast and efficient, not like providers who just want to earn money, they genuinely care about their customers and give solutions for each specific needs. I asked them if something was mold, which they could lie to me as I don’t know anything, but they told me no. They also gave me tips on how to minimize risk of mold regrowth. Engaged them twice and would engage again in the future when needed. Always arrived to our home in advance but still wait patiently.

I had randomly searched for an mould removal and treatment company and chanced upon Ecosense. I’m glad that I eventually went ahead to book a session. Thomas was responsive and attentive to my requirements. When the team arrived, Thomas was mostly on site to ensure that things were done properly, checked the humidity levels of the rooms and made time to better understand our situation and provide solutions when my mum wanted to have a different paint colour for a wall. I’m impressed that they managed to treat (using UV light) and paint the entire room walls and ceiling within half a day, all the while ensuring that furniture was properly protected. There was also no strong odour after the paint works, which attests to their quality products. Would highly recommend them. Thanks Thomas and team!

Wonderful experience and excellent service provided by Thomas and his team! The entire process was seamless and we truly appreciated the efficiency throughout. He patiently explained each step and process in detail and ensured that we were comfortable before proceeding. On the actual day, his team arrived right on time & made sure to cover all the furnitures and area with clean protective sheets. He also made sure to send us real time updates on the works on the actual day via WhatsApp, and the paint works done was very clean! We are very pleased with the service provided by EcoSence project manager Thomas. From attending to our queries, site inspection, quotation and project execution, Thomas was very prompt and professional in his dealing. On the day of the work he and his team were punctual, and they finished the work within that day itself although it was supposed to take 2 days! The treatment and repainting were very nicely done. Mr Thomas listened and inspected the room and explained the procedures to us before the real work is done. 2 of his staff handled the furniture coverings and set out to do the needed task. Felt it finished fast.They even did a small area that we pointed out last minute. He did say it's due to us helping to clear the area beforehand. All in all, professionalism top notch.
